For GIF that I've commissioned, once you approve the GIF (animated sticker), I'll let you know if I agree to accept the commission.

Similarly, if you have an animated sticker (GIF) that isn't commissioned by me, you can send me the files you want me to upload. I'll then inform you if I agree to accept the commission.

If i agree to accept the commission, the next step is to pay the initial fee (Rp5.000 for local payment (IDR) & $1 for international payment (USD)).

The initial fee is not an additional cost, later if the GIF is approved by GIPHY, you will only need to pay the remaining balance of the total invoice.
